The house is great for large groups as it comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests across four bedrooms and additional sleeping areas. All four bedrooms have a flat-screen TV so you can enjoy your favorite movies and shows from the comfort of your room.

Bedroom 1 features a comfortable king-sized bed, a spacious closet, and a street view & Smart-tv..

Bedroom 2 has a comfy queen-sized bed and a closet to unpack your belongings & Smart-tv.

Bedroom 3 is furnished with two queen-sized beds, has a lovely view of the pool area, and has an ensuite bathroom & Smart-tv.

Bedroom 4 has a comfy queen-sized bed & Smart-tv.

If you have extra guests, the large sectional couch in the living room can be used as an additional sleeping area. There are also two foldable single beds that can be set up to accommodate more people.

BATHROOMS

Each of the home’s three full bathrooms boasts luxurious showers, plush towels, and a complimentary starter supply of toiletries, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.

Bathroom 1 is ensuite bathroom and has dual sinks and a shower/tub combo. Bathroom 2 sits off the main living area and features a spacious vanity and a large walk-in shower. Bathroom 3 is conveniently located one of the other bedrooms

KITCHEN

The modern kitchen has been recently upgraded and is fully equipped with all the essentials you’ll need to cook for a large group of family or friends. You’ll find stainless steel appliances, gorgeous marble countertops, and all the cookware, utensils, and dinnerware you need to feel right at home. There is an indoor and outdoor dining table, both with seating for six, so you can choose between dining outside or indoors.

LOUNGE

The open-concept living room is the perfect place to hang out as a large group. Sit back on the big sectional couch and enjoy easy access to your favorite streaming networks on the 75” flat-screen smart TV. There’s even a popcorn machine if you feel like having an epic movie night during your stay. This area also has a pool table, a PacMan arcade game, and a large collection of fun board games to keep you busy during your stay.

OUTSIDE SPACE

It’s easy to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine during your stay thanks to the spacious outdoor areas. The private backyard boasts a sparkling pool, fun inflatable toys, sun loungers, and a large cooler to keep your beverages cold. There’s also a cozy fire pit, a gas grill, a ping pong table, and beautiful art along the perimeter. The backyard is fenced and lined with dense vegetation to give your group the utmost privacy throughout your stay.

The home can sleep up to 14 people, assuming two per bed, but is ideal for 12 people. We welcome your furry friends at a fee of $250 per stay. Please message us requesting a pet fee when you book.

Please note that heating the pool incurs a fee of $350 per night and must be requested 48 hours prior to your arrival.

Free parking is available in the driveway for up to three vehicles.

Please respect the neighbors and make sure there is no noise outside after 10:00 p.m. We want you to enjoy your stay but do not allow parties or events. There is also no smoking inside the house. There are fines up to $750 for violating house rules.
